Davao City suspends class today
Major schools and universities in the Davao City Region have decided to suspend classes right away even before they have actually started. Davao is experiencing a heavy rainfall just like it has experienced it a few months back during the opening of classes for S.Y 2008-2009.
The difference this time is that the rainfall seems to be of a different kind and may be more severe, just like what has happened to our brothers and sisters in the Cagayan de Oro and the Misamis Oriental Region. Weather is expected to remain wet and rainy for the next couple of days until Sunday, or at worst for a whole week through.
We’ll keep you updated about the weather status and classes in Metro Davao whenever we’ve got new information for you. Anyways, this concludes just a few details that have been posted on Pinoy Teens in regards to the class suspension for January 15, 2009.
Sorry, got the wrong date a while ago :p peash!
